Join us at for an evening of beer guzzling fun. Alex Puchner ’83, Senior Vice President of Brewing Operations at BJ’s Restaurants, has graciously offered to conduct a beer tasting and tour at one of his breweries located at the BJ’s in Laguna Hills. We will learn a little bit of the history and traditions of ales and lagers, what ingredients go into making them, and then try out all of the varieties which are hand crafted by BJ’s brewmeisters, along with generous servings of BJ’s famous pizzas.
