Cornell Cares ONCE AGAIN: Saturday July 14th, 2012
In January for Cornell Cares Day our Orange County Chapter partnered up with Second Harvest Food Bank! It was such a successful event and we made such a difference. It's hard to believe but half a year has gone by...so let's help them out once more!
Saturday, July 14th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Volunteers help with tasks such as labeling manufacturer donations, food sorting, food packaging, produce sorting, and other tasks that facilitate the process of getting donated food from the receiving area to the member agencies.
So CORNELLIANS, sign up, come out, mingle with fellow students and alumni, and let's get the food to where it needs to go!
(Family and friends are welcome.) Kids must be at least 14 years old.
Location: Warehouse, in Irvine, CA Map is included.
